modernzero is operated by LAKECREST 58 TRADING LLC. Shopify supplies the commerce platform; modernzero is responsible for its product information, customer service, fulfillment, and refunds.

Products and purchasing decisions

Our catalog includes food-storage bags, wraps and bowl covers, produce bags, cleaning cloths and scrubbers, and travel utensils. Read the exact item’s dimensions, capacity, materials, set contents, care, and limitations before ordering. A pair of chopsticks, a pouch, or a case may be counted differently from an eating utensil. Props are not included unless the product details say otherwise.

Screen settings can affect color appearance. This does not excuse a materially inaccurate description or an incorrect item. Contact us if a detail needed for your decision is unclear.

Orders, prices, and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Review the item, quantity, delivery address, applicable taxes, shipping, and total before completing checkout. An order acknowledgment or payment authorization does not mean an order has shipped. We may contact you to resolve an availability, address, payment, or information problem. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will explain the issue and arrange the appropriate cancellation or refund rather than supply an undisclosed substitute.

Changes, cancellations, shipping, and returns

Request order changes or cancellation before shipment. We will confirm whether the request can be fulfilled; sending a request alone does not confirm cancellation. For a confirmed cancellation of a captured payment, we initiate a timely refund to the original payment method. Bank posting can take additional time.

If we cannot ship within the promised time, you may accept a revised time or cancel for a timely refund.
