Where we ship

We ship within the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not provide international shipping. U.S. territories, associated states, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses are outside this shipping coverage.

PO Boxes and unusual addresses

Before placing an order for a PO Box, contact support@modernzero.com so we can check whether the item and delivery service are available for that address. A PO Box is not automatically approved by this policy.

Shipping cost and timing

Standard shipping: free, with no minimum purchase.
Order processing: 1–2 business days.
Estimated transit after shipment: 2–4 business days.
Estimated total delivery: 3–6 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. The available delivery service and any applicable tax are shown at checkout; we do not promise an unlisted expedited service or a particular carrier.

Tracking and delivery questions

Use the tracking details supplied for your shipment when available. If you have not received tracking details, the tracking has stopped updating, or your parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us with your order number. We will help check the shipment and the next steps.

Address changes and shipping delays

Check your delivery address before placing an order. For a change or cancellation, contact us before shipment. A request is not a confirmed change or cancellation; we will check whether it can still be made.

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you and give you the choice of accepting a revised time or canceling for a timely refund to the original payment method. We do not substitute an unconfirmed new delivery date for your choice.

Damage, missing items, or delivery problems

Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the item, packaging, or shipping label can help when available. Our Refund Policy covers eligible damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed items; your applicable consumer rights remain in place.
